Where do I start with Allie and Keaghan's campground wedding that took place on Labor Day Weekend?! The wedding was just one of many weekend activities -- they really wanted their wedding to be a full experience filled with genuine quality time with all 175 of their guests! They kicked off the weekend festivities with a "Denim and Diamonds" themed talent show inspired by the groom's grandmother, Gramma Pega Jo. And their wedding guests DELIVERED. Everyone, from kids to grandparents, arrived in their finest denim and sparkly attire.
After the talent show, guests gathered around the fire pit for a casual singalong, followed by a restful night before the big day. Allie and Keaghan chose a vibrant 70s Wildflower Western theme, complete with bright colors, florals, hats, boots, and plenty of fun accessories. They opted out of a first look because the ‘aisle’ moment was incredibly important to them.
The festivities continued with live music compliments of Frisco Funk Collective, and if you're ever debating whether to have a live band at your wedding, just do it! The energy is absolutely unmatched. Although Windy Point has a strict cutoff time for amplified sound, that didn’t stop this lively crew; they hosted a silent disco after-party in the Forest Loop area, complete with lights and costumes. It was a night to remember!
